How does the location of an office affect well-being?

Sponda, together with nSight, carried out the Current State and Outlook for Office work 2025 survey in early 2025. Over 1,180 people working in offices in the Helsinki metropolitan area responded to the survey, sharing their opinions regarding remote and on-site working and the work environment.

With regard to the importance of the office location, good public transport connections and versatile services are emphasised. Many combine other activities with their office days.

Particularly in the responses of young employees, dining places in the vicinity of the office and opportunities for meeting friends after work are highlighted.
