Sponda will develop a new prime office and retail building at Mannerheimintie 14, combining high-quality design and sustainability in Helsinki’s unique and historic cityscape.

The Signe property, which will be built in the city's number one location next to the Forum, will be one of the most energy-efficient buildings in the city centre, designed according to the highest quality standards in terms of materials and usability.
