Sponda is collaborating with Colliers International Finland to update its property management services

In February 2021, the property management services for Sponda’s business spaces will be updated, when Colliers International Finland takes on managerial duties for Sponda’s roughly 1 million m2 of properties.

Sponda and Colliers International Finland have entered into a nationwide partnership with the clear goal of putting customers at the centre of their operation, by investing in the best possible customer experience, quality property maintenance, and the maximisation of both their value. The companies’ agreement includes property management services, rental administration and project management services, and accountability, energy and environmental services for the properties in question.

“This partnership agreement will allow us, with Colliers International Finland’s help, to strengthen the quality of our properties’ maintenance and develop our services in keeping with our new strategy,” explains Markus Nieminen, Sponda’s Director of Property Management.

Putting the customer experience first

According to Colliers International Finland’s Head of Customer Services, Jaakko Harno, the expanded partnership will make it possible to ensure that the properties are taken care of by a committed team led by motivated property managers.

Environmentally friendly investment

The expanded collaboration will also include a strong investment in accountability and environmentally friendly practices to guarantee safe and healthy premises for all the users of Sponda’s properties. Goals include reducing the properties’ energy and water consumption, improving their level of recycling (with the customers), transitioning to 100% green electricity, and reducing their carbon footprint, with the aim of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030.
