Being a forerunner requires long-term sustainability work that intersects the entire organisation– the desire to improve continuously.

In our materiality analysis, we have identified key matters related to sustainability that create added value for our stakeholders and the environment.

The foundation of our work is our Code of Conduct. We also require our stakeholders to comply with its guidelines.

We are committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and we comply with the UN Global Compact’s 10 sustainability principles.

All of our property solutions have been created from the perspective of sustainability and energy efficiency. We carry out regular energy audits.

We develop business premises solutions of the future in our coworking spaces. We actively participate in research and development activities in industry organisations.

Our personnel are made up of the best industry experts. We invest in their training and we only partner with responsible companies.

We apply for international LEED or BREEAM environmental certifications for our property development projects and BREEAM In-Use certifications for our existing properties.

We have created concrete sustainability tools for our customers, including our energy efficiency and environmental partnership programme.

In our renovation and property development projects, we utilise our own design guidelines for extremely energy-efficient offices.

Our targets are ambitious. We report the progress of our sustainability work annually.
