Our office and retail properties are located in growth centres and city centres, along with the best services and public transport connections. We have office space for companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurs to the headquarters of global corporations. Our properties are found in prime locations with good public transport connections and services.

We own about 100 office properties in the best business districts. Every day, nearly 35,000 people work in office spaces owned by us. All of our properties are included in our energy efficiency scheme.

We have been recognized amongst the best companies in the global GRESB Real Estate Assessment for the ninth year running.

Our sustainability is based on long-term development and our sustainability targets are exceptionally ambitious. We aim for full carbon neutrality by 2030 in terms of in-use energy consumption. We also aim to reduce the energy consumption of properties by 20% by 2030 from the level of 2016–2018.
