Sponda signs EUR 80 million syndicated revolving credit facility agreement

Sponda Plc has signed a syndicated revolving credit facility agreement for 5 years for EUR 80 million. The facility is unsecured.

The terms for the facility are similar to those for Sponda’s other loans and the most important covenants (the equity ratio and the interest coverage ratio) of the arrangement are in line with the company’s other financial covenants.

The EUR 80 million facility extends the similar undrawn EUR 150 million revolving credit facility’s original maturity from November 2015. Sponda reduced size of the facility to meet the company’s current needs.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Pohjola Bank Plc, Nordea Bank Finland Plc and Danske Bank A/S. Pohjola Bank Plc is the Co-ordinator and the Agent.
