Sale of Vuosaari harbour properties concluded

Sponda Plc has today concluded the sale of the properties in Vuosaari harbor to  Harbour (Logistics) Bidco Oy, a company affiliated to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV. The purchase price was approximately EUR 100 million, which corresponds to the fair value of the properties on 30 September 2015. Sponda first issued a stock exchange release on the sale on 11 November 2015.
