Sale of Sponda’s stake in Certeum concluded

Sponda Plc has today concluded the sale of all its shares in Certeum Ltd to Space (Logistics) Pledgeco S.à.r.l., a company affiliated to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV. The purchase price, after the equity repayment and customary adjustments, was approximately EUR 181 million. Sponda will record a profit of approximately EUR 6 million from the transaction. Sponda first issued a stock exchange release on the sale on 14 October 2015.
