Fabian 21’s range of services is expanding with the introduction of Olo Collection’s Italian à la carte restaurant and new lobby concept
Sponda, one of Finland’s leading real estate asset management companies, announces that its office building Fabian 21, in Helsinki’s popular business district Kaartinkaupunki, will comprise a new Italian restaurant and wine bar for tenants to enjoy. Ristorante Scolare and wine bar Enoteca Banco Vini, developed under the leadership of Olo Collection’s star restaurateur Pekka Terävä, are set to open in autumn 2023.
The introduction of the new restaurant and bar follows a programme of investment from Sponda which has seen Fabian 21 redeveloped into a full-service building. The largest service providers at the site are Tapahtumatalo Bank that offers meeting, restaurant and catering services, and Elixia Sports Centre.
More personalised services
The property will also introduce a new lobby service concept, which offers businesses an exceptionally wide range of services that support their activities. The building’s new lobby now offers companies personalised services, such as hosting, mail processing, laundry, food delivery, car tyre change or bike repairs. Assistance with event organisation, travel and accommodation needs is also now provided.

In addition to the restaurant and lobby renovation, the building has undergone many other wellbeing-enhancing renovations, including the introduction of a gym. The building technology has been modernised to include high-quality social facilities, bike parks, bike charging and repair points. The meeting area (Wall Street) and the entrances have been given a stylish makeover and the sustainability of the property has also been improved. The wind-powered building, which has a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate, is designed to achieve carbon neutrality in terms of energy consumption by 2024.
