In spring 2020 Sponda Ltd changed from a Public Limited Company into a Private Limited Company. The total leasable area of Sponda’s investment properties is about 0.9 million square metres and consists of office, retail and shopping centre properties.
Sponda reports results and objectives of the responsibility (including financial) efforts each year in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting guidelines.

Sponda was previously listed in the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. The last date of trading for the share was 5.12.2019 with a number of shares and voting rights of 339 690 554.
Sponda remained listed in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki for bonds until 20.5.2020.
