Summer employee to Accounts payable

Sponda is a real estate investment company that develops, leases and owns office space, retail space and shopping centres in Finland’s largest cities. Now you have the opportunity to apply for a summer job in our accounts payable team!

Your main tasks are the following:

– Checking and validating basic information of electronic invoices

– Accounting for invoices and managing the approval cycle

– Managing contract invoices in the recycling system

– Checking payment reminders

– Manually exporting invoices to the system

– Liaising with suppliers

You will succeed in this task with precise and careful work and analytical problem-solving skills. You will work fluently in Finnish and English.

The job starts on May 18th (or by May 25th at the latest) and ends on August 14th, 2026.
