Sponda signs EUR 115 million loan extension

Sponda Plc has signed a loan agreement for 5 years for EUR 115 million with Danske Bank Plc. The arrangement extends the loan original maturity from July 2015 to April 2020. The loan is unsecured. The latest drawdown date of the loan will be in July 2015.

The margin on the loan corresponds with current market levels. The most important covenants (the equity ratio and the interest coverage ratio) of the arrangement are in line with the company’s other financial covenants.
