Goals for your traineeship period
· Learn the fundamentals and skills to succeed in commercial real estate investment

As a trainee in the Asset Management team, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks supporting the asset managers in their daily operations (including, but not limited to):
· Participate in selected projects and management of the portfolio assets
· Assist in creating, documenting and updating asset-level business plans
· Prepare reports and material for internal review and decision-making
· Collect and refine asset related data in close co-operation with relevant functions
· Create material and analysis to support various investment scenarios
· Overall support for the Asset Management Team
· Responsibility and exposure based on your experience and level of studies

We are primarily looking for a candidate who could fill the position as soon as possible. Working hours can be flexibly agreed based on your studies with ideally 2-3 working days a week on average.

We are looking for people with an academic background who are eager to learn, proactively take initiative and have the drive to succeed. You enjoy solving complex problems and have a strong inter-est in commercial real estate investment and asset management.
To succeed in this role, you will need an analytical mindset with attention to detail. Additionally, ability to work with a hands-on approach both independently and in collaboration with different teams is required highlighting your strong co-ordination and communications skills. You feel comfortable on working with MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in written and spoken English – the official company working language. Finnish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
