We are seeking a trainee to join our Business Technology unit, where you’ll work at the intersection of IT and business, supporting service management of our business applications. About your role

As a Service Manager Trainee, you will support the daily operations of our business applications and reporting platforms. Your tasks will include a variety of tasks, such as:

· Assisting users with basic support needs in collaboration with the vendors.

· Monitoring ticketing system for user-reported issues and system alerts.

· Participating in weekly status meetings with the support team and key users.

· Helping coordinate small system changes and releases.

· Supporting access rights management and documentation.

In this role, you will gain comprehensive insight into a variety of tasks within information technology, as well as the responsibilities of a Service Manager. You will work closely with our more senior Service Managers, learning from their expertise while bringing fresh ideas to the team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners, collaborating effectively to ensure the smooth operation and development of our business applications and services.

We are looking for a candidate who could start in January 2026 and work until the end of August 2026. The role is full-time, with working hours spread across five days per week, of which 4 days are expected to be spent working at our Helsinki office.

Your drive, skills and knowledge

We seek adaptable individuals who value teamwork, have passion for continuous improvement and strong capability to take initiative amidst diverse challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A recently completed university of applied sciences degree in information technology (or similar), or studies in the final stage (at least 90% completed).

· Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take initiative.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong coordination and communication skills, ability to play in a team environment.

· Genuine interest in technology.

· Fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish.

Salary for this trainee position is 2700 – 3000 € / month. You will also be eligible for our personnel benefits such as lunch benefit.
